These Terms of Service govern your use of the SaudiRide website and transport services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Confirmation
- Submitting a booking request is an enquiry; your booking is confirmed once we agree the details with you via WhatsApp or phone.
- We aim to respond to booking requests within 30 minutes.
- Please provide accurate travel details so we can assign the right vehicle and driver.
Pricing & Payment
- Route rates are quoted per trip; hourly and day hire are billed by time.
- Quoted prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, additional stops or changes to the agreed itinerary.
- Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking confirmation.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate your request. Specific change and cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Your Responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
- Treat vehicles and drivers with respect; you are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
- Ensure the number of passengers and luggage matches the vehicle booked.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather or road conditions.
